The Challenges

Clients usually come up with various challenges during the construction of their website. The same was true of Kumar’s kitchen. They had some technical requirements which were challenging for the team to meet.  A takeaway and delivery option should be available on the check out page, with the preference of enabling the takeaway time and date on the check out page. The shop page should show items periodically according to the date and time. One of the challenges was that they wanted a voucher/coupon system on the shop page. In addition, they wanted a notice tab to keep updates their customers. There was an issue with the website’s ranking.

The Solutions :

In order to make Kumar’s Kitchen’s checkout process more convenient, we provide a takeaway and delivery option. It allows customers to pick up their orders quickly, which saves their time and energy. Additionally, we developed a plugin specifically for them, called ResProVis, that hides products according to a custom time, date, and weekday slot. On the demand of our customer, we  integrated a voucher system and created various coupons and displayed on the shop page where user can select the voucher type and amount to redeem in a special occasion. A notice box is displayed on the checkout page through which customers could know about the requirement to place an order. As part of our SEO services, we help our clients to increase the number of visitors to their websites from various search engines, which also leads to increased sale

In response to ATSEWA’s solutions to Kumar’s Kitchen’s challenges, there was tremendous growth in Kumar’s Kitchen revenue. The challenges faced by clients always depend on their business needs and customer demands. One of our clients Maple Terrace required a modern and responsive website. Instead of a regular gallery, they wanted a category-based album under various sections where customers could see how their location, ambience, rooms, or services were displayed. Client wants to display some additional information on their website, but he requested to display the message on the front page of the website so that the visitor can easily get noticed when they land on the front page. In addition to the above mentioned requirements they had a website with non-responsive and outdated format of layout. But they integrated a third-party application for the booking services. Here they wanted to integrate the third-party application in their new website. 

The Solutions :

Whenever we face a challenge, we design a solution. Therefore, we developed a website for the Motel that includes dynamic modules for every section and the latest animations. Additionally, we worked on enabling the season effect on their website. Our team also customized the Gallery page. As most websites have a gallery with random images of their properties, but in Maple Terrace, we grouped multiple images according to their categories such as Our Hotel, Falls etc. We have integrated a Third-Party Room Reservation system for the assistance of their customers which we full filled by creating a specific module with a modern solutions by keeping in mind to ease the process for their potential customers. Maple Terrace and its customers will benefit from this simplified process.
